Remembering Alfie
It is with a deep sense of sadness that we must announce the loss of one of our Year 9 students, Alfie Colebrook, who passed away on Tuesday 21st May 2024.
Alfie joined the Wade Deacon family in September 2021 and is described by his friends as kind, loyal, reliable and full of fun.
The whole school community will always remember Alfie as a quiet pupil but one who made so many people around him smile as he radiated happiness. We will remember Alfie for his kindness and maturity; for such a young individual he was wise beyond his years.
Alfie will be missed by all of us, especially by his close friends who are keeping his seat free on their table! What his friends will miss most about Alfie is his comedic ability to build on the jokes of others and enhance them flawlessly!
Our thoughts are with his family and friends and all those who knew him.
