Team PE in UK's Top 3!
We have great news from Team PE. Wade Deacon is now officially ranked 14th out of all UK schools for sport and, of course, we are all absolutely delighted and so proud.
This is an amazing achievement by staff and students and places us in the top 1.5% of all schools in the UK.
With 16 of the top 20 schools coming from the independent sector, this latest ranking actually puts us 3rd of all state schools nationally. Brilliant!
School Sport Magazine, which publishes the rankings, contains details of PE’s success ( page 26 ) and includes also, on page 32, a ‘Life in the Week’ feature on Leader of PE, Matthew Campbell where Matthew discusses Wade Deacon’s recent National Cup football success.
