Wade Deacon Shines at Merseyside Indoor Athletics Final
This term, Ms. Locker took 32 incredible Year 7 and Year 8 pupils to compete at the Merseyside Indoor Athletics Final—and what a day it was!
Every single student gave 100% in their events, showing not only their athleticism but also their determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Special shout-outs to Freya K, Nefeli K, Jack S-B, Olly E, and Joseph R for standout performances in the running events!
With 16 other schools competing, the standard was incredibly high, but our students held their nerve and rose to the challenge. This kind of competition builds aspiration, resilience, and a winning mind-set, while also fostering healthy camaraderie between teammates and rivals alike.
